Delta Unveils Smart Manufacturing Innovations at ELECRAMA 2025 with New D-Bot Cobots and Advanced Energy Solutions

Delta has confirmed its participation in ELECRAMA 2025 under the theme of Smart Manufacturing. At the event, the company is set to introduce its latest D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) in the Indian market.
Advanced Collaborative Robots (Cobots)
The newly launched 6-axis cobots feature payload capacities of up to 30 kg and speeds reaching 200 degrees per second.
These cobots are designed to optimize efficiency in production processes such as electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding.
With their advanced capabilities, these cobots will enable industries to achieve smarter and more streamlined manufacturing.
New Product Launches
At ELECRAMA 2025, Delta will also introduce:
- 240kW DC Fast EV Charger: This high-speed dual-vehicle charger, developed by Delta India’s R&D team, achieves 95% efficiency and is compatible with OCPP. Featuring wired/4G GSM connectivity, it ensures seamless charging for fleet operators, commercial users, and public networks.
- Industrial Power-protect Transformer-based UPS (IPT series): Engineered for industrial reliability, this UPS incorporates a Zig-zag transformer, an advanced PFC converter, and robust short-circuit protection. The optional IP43 enclosure enhances durability in demanding environments.

Visitors at the Delta booth will experience live demonstrations of various intelligent infrastructure solutions, including Industrial Automation, EV Charging, Smart Building Automation, Data Centers, Smart Energy Infrastructure, and ICT Infrastructure.

Delta is showcasing its latest advancements in EV charging, including:
- High-efficiency charging solutions for residential, commercial, and fleet applications.
- EV Powertrain Solutions for electric two- and three-wheelers, featuring On-Board Chargers (OBCM), DC/DC Converters, OBG, and EVCC products. These solutions support bi-directional charging and V2X integration.
Transforming Data Centers and Automation
Delta is enhancing data center infrastructure with solutions such as the 33kW 1OU ORv3 Power Shelves, delivering 97.5% efficiency for AI server power stability.
Additionally, the company is showcasing high-speed articulated and SCARA robots designed for mobile phone manufacturing, featuring advanced pick-and-place capabilities and intelligent screwdriving solutions.
