Makers of Hari Hara Veera Mallu Urge Fans to Ignore Unofficial Release Dates Amid Delay

Pawan Kalyan’s much-anticipated film Hari Hara Veera Mallu has once again made headlines due to another delay in its release.

Billed as the actor’s most significant project to date, the film’s production has faced multiple setbacks, largely attributed to Kalyan’s political commitments.

Makers Urge Fans to Ignore Unofficial Release Dates

Taking to social media platform X on Monday night, the film’s team addressed growing rumours surrounding the release date.

Through a formal statement posted on the movie’s official X handle, the makers requested fans and movie enthusiasts not to believe or circulate any unofficial dates that have been appearing online.

“Please disregard all these online release reports. Our company will issue a formal press release with the new street date within the next few days and will continue to update all of our retailers and press with our new street date as soon as possible. Till then, we would like your continued love and blessings,” the statement read.

Originally slated for a June 12 release, the movie’s release date has been postponed yet again.

The film has now been in the making for more than five and a half years, and the current delay is the latest in a series of postponements. The production team stated that the delay was a strategic decision. “We are taking a step back for bigger strides ahead,” they explained.

Living Up to Expectations

The film’s creators acknowledged the high expectations associated with the project.

Emphasizing their responsibility, they said, “Powerstar Pawan Kalyan Garu’s legacy deserves nothing short of cinematic brilliance, and every frame of this magnum opus must reflect that. We ask for just a little more time, the reward will be worth the wait.”

They also addressed the mounting online chatter and speculation, urging the public not to believe any unconfirmed information.

“As the buzz around the show continues to build and there is increased chatter about what to expect this season, we wanted to issue this note to set the record straight… Once again we request everyone to not believe or spread any unconfirmed news. Please expect new updates only on our official handles,” they added.

Directed by AM Jyothi Krishna and Krish Jagarlamudi, Hari Hara Veera Mallu features music composed by Oscar-winner M. M. Keeravani.

The cinematography is handled by Gnana Shekar V. S. and Manoj Paramahamsa, while editing is by Praveen K. L. The project is presented by A. M. Rathnam and produced by A. Dayakar Rao under the Mega Surya Production banner.

Venugopal reiterated that although they had made every effort to meet the planned June 12 release, it would not be possible. He added, “This decision, though difficult, was necessary.”

“Many are writing, speculating, assuming things and we kindly urge everyone not to believe or spread any unverified news,” the statement emphasized.
