Actor Hina Khan, who recently shared that her chemotherapy and surgery for Stage 3 breast cancer are complete, tied the knot with her longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal on Wednesday, 4 June. The wedding was held in a quiet, private ceremony at her residence in Mumbai.

Wedding photographs of the couple, now addressed as “Mr and Mrs,” quickly went viral on social media, touching hearts and garnering love from fans and well-wishers alike.

Who is Rocky Jaiswal?

Rocky Jaiswal, whom Hina often calls her pillar of strength, has had a long-standing presence in the Indian film and television industry.

He is best known for working as the Supervising Producer of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the very show where he first met Hina. At the time, Hina portrayed the character of Akshara.

Rocky has also worked as an executive producer and assistant director on shows like Sasural Simar Ka and Mitwa – Phool Kamal Ke. Venturing beyond television, he also launched the RockaByte App, a platform for scouting new entertainment talent.

Hina and Rocky’s 13-Year Journey

The couple’s love story began over 12 years ago on the sets of Hina’s first television show. Speaking on Curly Tales, Hina became emotional while discussing Rocky’s support during her cancer journey.

“In this journey, if you have a mature and understanding partner by your side, there’s nothing like it. The journey becomes more sweeter,” she said.

“When I take his name, I don’t have words to explain what that man has done for me… I get overwhelmed; I choke up when I talk about him. Every woman deserves a man like him.”

Their bond, built on food, travel, and deep mutual affection, has grown stronger with time. “I always tell him, ‘I can’t love you the way you love me.’ But he never takes pride in it; he doesn’t even realise it,” Hina shared.

For the ceremony, Hina wore an opal green handloom saree from Manish Malhotra’s Vows collection. The saree had a blush-pink zardozi border, woven with gold and silver threads, and the couple’s names embroidered into the fabric.

This intimate detail made the outfit deeply personal. Hina completed her look with a soft pink dupatta draped as a veil and traditional vintage-style jewellery from Malhotra’s heirloom collection.

Rocky opted for a simple and classic ecru kurta by Manish Malhotra. One photograph captured him tying an anklet on Hina’s foot, while another showed the two signing their marriage documents.

Hina posted a heartfelt message with the pictures: “To the man who looks after my soul… who only knows how to hold on. We have been with each other through so much…”

Diagnosed in June 2024, Hina remained resilient throughout, undergoing chemotherapy, surgery, and currently receiving immunotherapy. She has also been vocal about the mental and physical toll, while inspiring others by spreading positivity during her recovery.

On the work front, Hina Khan was recently seen in the web series Griha Laxmi, set in the fictional village of Betalgadh.
