Ravi Mohan and Kenishaa Francis Spark Relationship Rumours with Joint Appearance at Chennai Wedding

Tamil actor Ravi Mohan and singer Kenishaa Francis were seen together on Friday at producer Ishari Ganesh’s daughter’s wedding in Chennai.

Their appearance comes months after Ravi announced his separation from wife Aarti, igniting fresh rumours about his relationship with Kenishaa.

Ravi and Kenishaa arrived at the wedding dressed in coordinated outfits. Ravi wore a traditional shirt and dhoti, while Kenishaa chose a gold saree with embroidered borders.

Their appearance reignited public speculation, especially after their earlier claims of being “just friends” last year.

Kenishaa Breaks Silence on Affair Rumours

In an interview with DT Next, Kenishaa addressed the rumours linking her romantically with Ravi. She clarified that their relationship was strictly professional, stating she met him as a therapist.

“There has been no physical involvement; we both understand our boundaries. I am self-made, and my parents are no more,” she said.

Kenishaa also made serious claims against Aarti and her family, accusing them of mistreating Ravi.

She said, “But, as a therapist, I can tell you that the pain Jayam Ravi’s family has put him through is bigger than the pain of losing his parents. As a therapist, it was beyond painful for me to hear about his struggles with Aarti and her parents. No one deserves so much abuse, irrespective of the gender, and I can release all the evidence, with or without Ravi’s permission in the court of law, from my notes of our therapy sessions.”

Divorce Case in Court

Currently, the divorce proceedings between Ravi and Aarti are ongoing in court. The couple, who had been married for 18 years, share two sons, Aarav and Ayaan.

Just hours after Ravi’s public appearance at the wedding with Kenishaa, Aarti took to social media to level fresh allegations against him.

Aarti Accuses Ravi of Emotional and Financial Abandonment

In a deeply emotional post, Aarti claimed that she has been raising their children alone without any support from Ravi. She alleged they are now facing eviction from their home, reportedly due to orders given by Ravi himself.

“For a year, I have carried silence like armour. Not because I was weak, but because my sons needed peace more than I needed to be heard,” she wrote. “My divorce is still ongoing. But the man I once stood beside for 18 years… has not just walked away from me, but from the very responsibilities he once promised to honour.”

“My Children Deserve Security, Not Shock”

Aarti painted a picture of emotional hardship and instability. “Every book, every meal, every quiet tear at night-held, healed, and carried by me. Not a whisper of emotional or financial support has followed,” she stated.

She went on to highlight the emotional impact of Ravi’s absence on their sons, saying, “They are too young to understand legal clauses, but old enough to feel abandonment. Every unanswered call, every cancelled meeting, every cold message meant for me but read by them-these are not just oversights. They are wounds (sic).”

“I Stand Tall Because I Must”

Ending her statement with a firm tone, Aarti said, “I speak today not as a wife. Not even as a woman wronged. I speak as a mother whose sole focus is the well-being of her children… You may escape my words, but not what the universe remembers in silence.”

She also asked the media not to refer to her as an ex-wife until the legal process is complete. “To the curious minds and self-appointed well-wishers… I remain Aarti Ravi until both I and the law decide otherwise,” she wrote.

Kenishaa Reiterates Professional Relationship

In her DT Next interview, Kenishaa once again denied being romantically involved with Ravi.

She reiterated that their association was purely professional, claiming she worked with him as a therapist. She also alleged that Ravi suffered emotional abuse at the hands of Aarti and her family.

As the divorce proceedings unfold, the public spotlight remains firmly on the personal lives of Ravi Mohan, Aarti, and Kenishaa Francis.
